Workforce Housing
Furnished houses and apartments for project crews, contractors and shift workers, close to sites across Greater Sydney.
Housing for crews, near the site
When a project brings a crew to Sydney, we find furnished places within a reasonable drive of the site, with parking for work vehicles. A whole house often works out simpler than a row of hotel rooms: everyone gets a bedroom, there is a kitchen to cook in, and the team stays together.
We can house a crew in one place or spread them across nearby apartments, and add or drop beds as the project moves through its stages.
- Own bedroom for each worker
- Off-street parking for utes, vans and trailers where available
- Quiet bedrooms for shift workers
